Is it Duel? or is it Dual?  Let’s have a Dual?  ‘Duel’ means fight and ‘dual’ means two.  It’s pretty much the same thing when the buyer and seller are gullible enough to believe that a single agent can be a fiduciary to two opposing sides.  How is it possible to represent the buyer 100% and the seller 100%.  Check out this and you decide:

How does a fiduciary protect and provide 100% of information to clients that are sitting on opposite sides of the table? This kid simply wants to get paid a full commission. Not bad for a days work.
