Even a Rogue Agent needs a vacation. I did not spend a lot of time working, but I’m always interested in viewing real estate. I am empathetic with the plight of so many folks who feel that good service is a rare commodity in my industry. It was amazing to me that I could not get one agent to show me any homes. Why wouldn’t a broker want to take any time to meet a potential new contact? Referrals in this business are golden. Many of the best deals I’ve brokered have come from out of state referrals. An agent did not have a license in my state and referred a client to me. I’ve had a friend recommended my services to another person moving to my state. I cold called about 8 or 9 different agents and even emailed them. But had no luck…their loss, not mine.
