I read an article about realtors in NC complaining about disclosure requirements concerning compensation.  I thought agents were suppose to disclose how they are getting paid, who’s paying them and if there are any bonuses being offered.  Apparently,  the local associations did not appreciate the additional disclosure rules.  After reading the article, I read the comments that were blasted about Realtors in the article.  Comment after comment words such as useless, dishonest, and worthless (to name a few) were thrown out.  It made me think. I’m in a profession that is about as respected as the gum on my shoe.  Talk about clueless.  I had no idea.  Well, this blog hopefully will move me from being the scum on the bottom of the shoe to at least the dirt on the shoelaces. This blog will give insight to all our dirty secrets.  Just kidding, but I’m sure I’ll mention something that someone’s agent never told them.
